Camshaft Sensor, Remove and Install (Z 16 SE)
 Remove

Disconnect wiring harness plug (4) from intake air temperature
sensor (3).
Detach air intake hose with engine vent hose from air cleaner
housing, throttle body and camshaft housing cover – see
illustration "Air Ducts (Z 16 SE)".
Detach wiring harness plug (2) from camshaft sensor.
Remove fastening bolt (1) from camshaft sensor.
Remove camshaft sensor.

Install
Insert camshaft sensor and attach with fastening bolt –
tightening torque 16 Nm / 12 lbf. ft.
Connect wiring harness plug to camshaft sensor.
Attach air intake hose with engine vent hose to air cleaner
housing, throttle body and camshaft housing cover – see
illustration "Air Ducts (Z 16 SE)".
Connect wiring harness plug to intake air temperature
sensor.
