Caution
Remove oxygen sensor only with engine at operating
temperature.
 Remove
Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) for oxygen sensor. Unscrew
oxygen sensor (2) from exhaust manifold.
Caution
When re-using oxygen sensor, coat thread of oxygen sensor with
special grease (black).
Ensure correct routing of cable – route cable of oxygen
sensor so it is not abraded and does not contact exhaust pipe.
Install
Screw oxygen sensor into exhaust manifold – tightening
torque 40 Nm / 30 lbf. ft.
Connect wiring harness plug for oxygen sensor.
