Remove air intake cover – see illustration "Air Ducts (X
16 SZR)".
Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) of idle speed stepper motor.
Remove idle speed stepper motor of throttle valve guards.
Caution
To prevent damage to the housing and idle speed stepper motor
during installation, the gap between piston and flange must not be
greater than 28 mm. In case of deviation, carefully press in
piston.
Install
Attach idle speed stepper motor with new seal ring to throttle
valve injection housing – insert fastening bolts with screw
locking compound – (red). Connect wiring harness plug to idle
speed stepper motor.
Attach air intake cover – see illustration "Air Ducts (X
16 SZR)".
