Caution
Remove oxygen sensor only with engine at operating
temperature.
 Remove
Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) for oxygen sensor. Unscrew
oxygen sensor (2) from front exhaust pipe.
Caution
When re-using the oxygen sensor, coat thread of oxygen sensor
with special grease (black). Ensure correct cable routing –
route cable of oxygen sensor so that abrasion does not occur and it
does not touch the exhaust pipe.
Install
Screw oxygen sensor in exhaust pipe – tightening torque 40
Nm / 29.5 lbf. ft.
Connect wiring harness plug (1) for oxygen sensor.
