Remove idle air control (1) from throttle body.
 Clean
Clean sealing surfaces and remove gasket residue. Ensure utmost
cleanliness – do not damage sealing surfaces.
Caution
Cover openings – foreign matter can cause severe damage to
engine.
Install
Attach idle air control (1) to throttle body with new gasket
(2). Connect wiring harness plug to idle air control. Attach air
intake hose to upper part of air cleaner housing and throttle body.
Attach engine vent hose to cylinder head cover. Connect wiring
harness plug to hot film mass air flowmeter.
