Throttle Valve Injection Housing, Upper Part,
Remove and Install (X 16 SZR)
 Remove
Remove throttle valve injection housing – see operation
"Throttle Valve Injection Housing, Remove and Install (X 16
SZR)".

Unscrew fastening bolts (arrows) and remove throttle valve
injection housing, upper part.
 Clean
Clean sealing surfaces and remove sealant residues –
ensure utmost cleanliness.
Install
When replacing: Transfer injector, fuel connection and fuel
pressure regulator.

Attach upper part of throttle valve injection housing with new
gasket to throttle valve injection housing – tightening
torque 6 Nm / 4.4 lbf. ft. Insert bolts with screw locking compound
(red).
Install throttle valve injection housing – see operation
"Throttle Valve Injection Housing, Remove and Install (X 16
SZR)".
