Rear Ring Gear with Freewheel F0, Remove and Install (AF 13-II)

  Remove

Remove transmission – see operation "Transmission, Remove and Install (AF 13-II/AF 17)".

Remove multi-plate clutch assembly C1- see operation "Multi-plate Clutch Assembly C1, Remove and Install (AF 13-II)".

Remove multi-plate clutch assembly C0 and C3 – see operation "Multi-plate Clutch C0 and C3, Remove and Install (AF 13-II)".

Remove thrust washer (1) and thrust bearing assembly (2).

Remove rear ring gear with freewheel F0 (3) upward (arrow) out of transmission housing.

Remove friction washer (5) and thrust bearing assembly (4).

  Install

Attach friction washer (2) and thrust bearing assembly (1) to rear ring gear with freewheel F0 with mounting grease.

Thread rear ring gear with freewheel F0 (5) on planet carrier ring gear with planetary gears.

Install thrust washer (3) and thrust bearing assembly (4).

Install multi-plate clutch assembly C0 and C3 – see operation "Multi-plate Clutch Assembly C0 and C3, Remove and Install (AF 13-II)".

Install multi-plate clutch assembly C1- see operation "Multi-plate Clutch Assembly C1, Remove and Install (AF 13-II)".

Install transmission – see operation "Transmission, Remove and Install (AF 13-II/AF 17)".
