Centre Brake Light, Remove and Install –
Models F08/F48

Tailgate inner panelling – see operation "Inner Panelling
– Tailgate, Remove and Install (Models F08/F48)" in group
"C".
Unscrew brake light with holder – 2 screws (arrows).
Unclip brake light, release and remove wiring harness plug
(1).

Install
Note: There are two
different centre brake light versions. If the wiring harness plug
does not fit, the wiring harness supplied should be used as
follows.

Cut through cable of new brake light (II) and wiring harness
supplied (I)
Cut 2 wiring harnesses to a length of approx. 10 cm
respectively.
Crimp cables together - see "cable repair brochure".

Wiring harness plug, clip brake light in housing. Brake lamp
with holder onto tailgate. Tailgate inner panelling.
