Luggage compartment lid, remove and install (model
L67)
 Remove

Remove luggage compartment panelling on left side

| 2. |
Disconnect wiring harness plug.

Disconnect 2x wiring harness plug (1)
|
|
| 3. |
Release wiring harness from hinge
| • |
Unclip wiring harness (10 clips)
|
|
|
| 4. |
Mark installation position
|
|
| 5. |
Detach luggage compartment lid
Important: Protect the edges of
the luggage compartment lid with adhesive tape to avoid damaging
the paintwork.

Unscrew 6x bolt (1) and (2)
|

Remove luggage compartment lid
Note: This requires a
second person
|

|
Install

When replacing the luggage compartment lid, transfer the
attaching parts
Note: Observe corrosion
protection measures for cavity sealing.

Important: Observe the
markings.
|

Attach luggage compartment lid
Note: This requires a
second person

Fit luggage compartment lid
|
|
| 8. |
Lay and attach the wiring harness
| • |
Connect 2x wiring harness plugs
|
| • |
Clip in wiring harness (10 clips)
|
| • |
Fasten wiring harness with 2 cable ties
|
|
| 9. |
Attach luggage compartment panelling on left side
|
|
