Oil Pump, Check

  Remove

1.   Remove oil pump
2.   Remove oil pump cover (1)
•   Unscrew 6x bolt (2)
Object Number: 8125643 Size: DEFAULT


  Inspect

3.   Check clearance between outer rotor and oil pump housing
•   Permissible clearance: 0.080 - 0.186 mm

4.   Check gap of gear pair with feeler gauge (1) and straight edge (2)
•   Permissible measurement: 0.025 - 0.070 mm

  Install

5.   Fit oil pump cover
•   Tighten 6x bolt 10 Nm
6.   Install oil pump
