Replace oil dipstick guide tube > < Oil Pump Pressure-Regulating Valve, Remove and Install

Replace residual oil quantity sensor

  Remove

1.   Remove oil pan
•   For vehicles with F40-6 transmission or AF40-6 transmission from MY 07
•   For vehicles with AF40-6 transmission to MY 06 LUREF_1.gif
2.   Remove oil baffle plate (1).
•   Unscrew 9x bolts
Object Number: 7361606 Size: DEFAULT


3.   Remove residual oil quantity sensor (2)
•   Unclip retaining clamp (1)
•   Unscrew 2x bolts (2)
Object Number: 7361607 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

4.   Install residual oil quantity sensor
•   Use new seal
•   Tighten 2x bolts
•   Clip in retaining clamp
5.   Install oil baffle plate
•   Tighten 9x bolts
6.   Install oil pan
•   For vehicles with F40-6 transmission or AF40-6 transmission from MY 07
•   For vehicles with AF40-6 transmission to MY 06 LUREF_1.gif
