Replace ribbed V-belt
 Remove

Raise vehicle by its full height

Detach the lower engine cover and right engine splash guard

Remove ribbed V-belt

Mark rotational direction of ribbed V-belt
|

Tension the ribbed V-belt tension roller clockwise (direction
of arrow) at bolt (1)
|

|
|
Install

Insert ribbed V-belt
Note: Note direction of
travel

Position ribbed V-belt
- Routing of ribbed V-belt with air conditioning (up to MY
08)
- Routing of ribbed V-belt with air conditioning (from MY
08)
- Routing of ribbed V-belt without air conditioning.
