Replace oil pump seal ring > < Replace crankshaft seal ring (rear)

Replace crankshaft seal ring (front)

  Remove

1.   Remove toothed belt
2.   Detach toothed belt drive gear
•   Unscrew bolt
Note:   Left-handed thread
•   Counterhold with EN-47630 (1) in combination with KM-956-1 (2)
– Tighten 4x bolts
•   Remove toothed belt drive gear with EN-47630
Object Number: 3446076 Size: DEFAULT


3.   Remove crankshaft seal ring
Note:   Prise seal ring out of oil pump with suitable tool. Ensure that sealing surfaces are not damaged.

  Install

4.   Install crankshaft seal ring with EN-46793 (1)
Object Number: 3446078 Size: DEFAULT


5.   Replace toothed belt drive gear
•   Put on with EN-47630
•   Tighten bolt 340 Nm
Note:   Left-handed thread
•   Counterhold with EN-47630
•   Remove EN-47630
– Unscrew 4x bolts
6.   Install toothed belt
