Replace throttle valve module > < Boost Pressure Sensor, Replace (Z 20 LEH)

Air Cleaner Housing, Replace (Z16XEP)

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Remove air cleaner housing (4) with air intake pipe (2)
•   Disconnect intake air temperature wiring harness plug (3)
•   Unscrew bolt (1)
•   Release clamp
•   Detach air intake pipe
3.   Detach air intake pipe
•   Release clamp
4.   Detach air cleaner housing cover
•   Unscrew 5x bolts
•   Remove air filter element

  Install

5.   Attach air cleaner housing cover
•   Remove air filter element
•   Tighten 5x bolts
6.   Fit air intake manifold pipe
•   Fasten clamp
7.   Install air cleaner housing
•   Tighten bolt
•   Fasten clamp 3.5 Nm
•   Attach air intake pipe
•   Disconnect intake air temperature sensor wiring harness plug
8.   Close bonnet
