Remove injectors from cylinder head

Note:   Possible subsequent work following operation "Injectors, Replace".

1.   Undo fuel injector •   Detach O-ring and thrust ring •   Attach KM-6360 (1) Note:   Loosen fuel injector in seat by rotating gently.

2.   Remove fuel injector •   Use KM-328-B (1) •   Remove fuel injector
