Remove and Install Oil Return Line - Turbocharger

Oil Return Line – Turbocharger, Remove and Install

  Remove

1.   Detach banjo bolt (3) from cylinder block
Note:   Place collecting basin underneath.
2.   Detach fastening bolts (1) and remove oil return line (2)
Object Number: 2418787 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

3.   Attach oil return line to turbocharger with new gasket 8 Nm
4.   Attach banjo bolt to cylinder block with new seal rings 30 Nm
