Brake Band Piston B1, Remove and Install

 Remove

Attach KM-910 to transmission
|
| 3. |
Attach KM-910 to KM-113-2
|
| 4. |
Remove cover (2) for brake band piston B1.
Note: Place collecting
pan underneath - transmission fluid will escape

Remove retaining ring (1) with circlip pliers
|
|
| 5. |
Remove brake band B1 piston (5) with spring (4)
| • |
Remove retaining ring (3) with circlip pliers
|
|
|
|
Install
| 6. |
Install piston, brake band B1 (1) with spring (2) in
transmission housing
| • |
Replace 2x seal ring (3) for piston, brake band B1
Note: Coat new seal
rings with assembly grease.

Install retaining ring (6)
Note: Coat new seal
ring with assembly grease

|
| 7. |
Install cover, piston, brake band 1 (4)
| • |
Replace seal ring (5)
Note: Use new seal
ring.
Coat seal ring with assembly grease.

Attach retaining ring (7)
Note: Coat new seal
ring with assembly grease
|

| 8. |
Use KM-910 to remove transmission
from KM-113-2
|
| 9. |
Remove KM-910 from transmission.
