Replace fluid cooler line/fluid cooler hose - both
(AF22)
 Remove
| 1. |
Detach fluid cooler lines (1) from valve body cover and
transmission
|
Important: Note installation
position of fluid cooling lines, so that the connecting hoses can
be installed without kinking or twisting – allow for tilting
motion of engine.

Detach fluid cooler lines (2) and (3) from oil cooler
Note: Fluid escapes.
Place collecting pan underneath.

Install
|
Important: Maintain tightening
torque so as to prevent damage.
|

Provide banjo bolts (2) with new seal rings (1)
|
| 4. |
Attach 2x fluid cooler line with new seal rings to oil cooler
25 Nm
|
| 5. |
Attach 2x fluid cooler line with new seal rings to valve body
cover and transmission 25 Nm
|
| 6. |
Check transmission fluid level and correct if necessary 
|
