Replace solenoid valve in transmission (AF22)

Note:   The pressure regulator cannot be supplied separately and in the event of a fault must be replaced together with the valve body

  Remove

2.   Release affected wiring harness plug 3.   Remove affected solenoid valve •   Solenoid valve, 1-2/3-4 gear (1) •   Solenoid valve, 2-3 shift (2) •   Pressure regulator (3) Note:   The pressure regulator cannot be supplied separately and in the event of a fault must be replaced together with the valve body •   Converter clutch solenoid valve (4) •   Solenoid valve for neutral switching (5)

  Install

4.   Attach affected solenoid valve (1) to valve body with new O-ring •   Tighten bolt 7 Nm •   Attach affected wiring harness plug to solenoid valve 5.   Attach pressure regulator (2) to valve body •   Tighten bolt 7 Nm
