Adjust selector actuation cable (AF40)

  Remove

Object Number: 8326134 Size: DEFAULT

1.   Remove front ashtray (1)
•   Shift selector lever to position "N"
•   Pull ashtray from centre console

Object Number: 2403423 Size: DEFAULT

2.   Release clamping piece
•   Use a screwdriver to carefully release clamping piece (1) of selector actuation cable
3.   Remove battery support
•   Remove battery
4.   Move selector level position switch to position "P"
•   Pull actuation lever (2) all the way forward

5.   Shift selector lever to position "P"
6.   Engage clamping piece of selector actuation cable (1)
•   Press down. Must audibly engage.

  Install

7.   Install ashtray (1)
•   Clip into centre console

8.   Install battery.
•   Install battery support
9.   Program volatile memories
