Clutch High Temperature

Yes: No:
T002

Check: Adjustment

  • Delete trouble codes
  • Select and enable diagnostic tester additional functions:
    Bleed Clutch Hydraulic
  • Select and enable diagnostic tester additional functions:
    Touch Point Adaption
  • Check the following parameters for correct status:
    Diagnostic Tester Data List Parameter
    Clutch Temperature Model

Important:

Perform the following tests only while the clutch temperature is less than 100°C .

  • Perform test drive over a longer distance with changing load levels.
  • Trouble Code Update
  • Is the diagnostic trouble code P1706 with status PRESENT stored?
Yes: No:
T003

Check: Diagnostic Trouble Code stored

  • Delete trouble codes
  • Wait at least 15 min
  • Check the following parameters for correct status:
    Diagnostic Tester Data List Parameter
    Clutch Temperature Model

Important:

Perform the following tests only while the clutch temperature is less than 100°C .

  • Perform test drive over a longer distance with changing load levels.
  • Trouble Code Update
  • Is the diagnostic trouble code P1706 with status PRESENT stored?

Note:

If the trouble code P1607 still exists, restart the diagnostic session for a second time. If the problem can not be solved in the second diagnostic session, contact the local support centre.
