Transmission case, replace (F13+/F13+ MTA) > < Synchronising rings, remove+install (F13+/F13+ MTA)

Astra H

Bearing for main and drive shaft in transmission case, remove+install (F13+/F13+ MTA)

Note:   Transmission remains installed.

  Remove

1.   Remove end plate
•   Astra-G
•   Astra-H
•   Corsa-D
•   Meriva
2.   Remove differential
•   Astra-G
•   Astra-H
•   Corsa-D
•   Meriva
Object Number: 2414094 Size: DEFAULT

3.   Remove needle bearing drive shaft (3) from transmission case
•   Remove needle bearing with KM-556-A (1) and MKM-599 (2)
4.   Remove roller bearing main shaft (4) from transmission case
•   Remove roller bearing with KM-556-A (6) and KM-556-2 (5)

  Install

Object Number: 2414095 Size: DEFAULT

5.   Install main shaft roller bearing (3) in transmission case
•   Drive roller bearing in with KM-454-3 (5) and KM-454-4 (4) flush
Important:   Inscribed side of needle bearing points to transmission.
6.   Install drive shaft needle bearing (2) in transmission case
•   Drive needle bearing in with KM-454-2 (6) and KM-454-4 (1) flush

7.   Install differential
•   Astra-G
•   Astra-H
•   Corsa-D
•   Meriva
8.   Install end plate
•   Astra-G
•   Astra-H
•   Corsa-D
•   Meriva
