Overhaul supply unit (M20 MTA)
 Remove
Important: Follow Easytronic
safety guidelines .

Remove supply unit
|
| 2. |
Detach hydraulic fluid reservoir (CS Speed oil)
| • |
Unscrew 2x bolt (1)
Note: Note differing
bolt lengths
|
| • |
Pull reservoir off of high-pressure pump
|
| • |
Remove seal ring (2) from high-pressure pump
|
|
|
|
| 3. |
Detach electric motor
| • |
Remove connecting sleeve (2) between motor and pump
|
|
|
|
| 4. |
Detach pressure reservoir (2)
| • |
Clamp supply unit (1) into vice with protective jaws
|
| • |
Remove pressure reservoir seal ring
|
|
|
|
Install
| 5. |
Attach pressure reservoir (2)
| • |
Clamp supply unit (1) into vice with protective jaws
|
| • |
Replace pressure reservoir seal ring
|
| • |
Tighten pressure reservoir 80 Nm
|
|
|
|
| 6. |
Attach electric motor
Note: Note tightening
sequence.
| • |
Insert connecting sleeve (3) between motor and pump
|
| • |
Screw in 2x flange bolts (2)
|
| • |
Screw in earth screw (1)
|
| • |
Tighten 2x flange bolts 6 Nm
|
| • |
Tighten earth screw 6 Nm
|
|
|
|
| 7. |
Attach hydraulic fluid reservoir (CS Speed oil)
| • |
Insert new seal ring (2) in high-pressure pump
|
| • |
Connect reservoir to high-pressure pump
|
| • |
Tighten 2x bolt (1) 10 Nm
Note: Note differing
bolt lengths
