Transmission Relay Point, Remove and Install (F13/F13+/F17+)

  Remove

3.   Release gearshift rod •   Release bolt (1) for relay point clamp Note:   Do not remove bolt.

4.   Detach transmission rocker arm from relay point bracket •   Detach 2x retaining clamp (1) and (2) from transmission rocker arm 5.   Detach gearshift rod from universal joint •   Press in retaining spring (arrow) of the hollow pin (3) •   Detach hollow pin with KM-569-A

  Install

6.   Attach transmission rocker arm to relay point bracket •   Attach 2x retaining clamp (1) and (2) to transmission rocker arm Note:   Use new retaining clamps. 7.   Attach gearshift rod to universal joint •   Attach hollow pin Note:   Use new hollow pin Retaining spring (arrow) of hollow pin (3) must engage

8.   Attach gearshift rod to relay point Note:   Do not tighten bolt (1) yet
