- The trouble code C1531 does not impair the system function. The control unit should only be replaced in agreement with the customer.
Note:
To prevent damages of the electrohydraulic supply unit during high stress of the power steering (for example, parking, high outside temperatures) the maximum steering boost is reduced.
In this case the system is not defective.
