Remedy:
In case of a customer complaint do not exchange the complete
alternator but simply the alternator pulley.

Dust cap for pulley - Part-No.: 93167817 / Cat.-No.: 12 04 176
Note:
For the replacement of the alternator pulley the special tool
KM-6372 has to be used.
