Replace control unit for headlamp range control (AHL)

Remove

Note: When replacing the control unit, before removing the control unit carry out a Reset with TECH 2.

1.	Disconnect battery.

2.	Remove panel, lower instrument panel padding

Remove control unit

•	Unscrew bolt (1)

•

Remove control unit

–	Release wiring harness plug (2) and disconnect

Install

Fit control unit

•	Connect wiring harness plug

•	Install control unit

•	Tighten bolt

•	Tighten nut

5.	Install panel, lower instrument panel padding

6.	Connect battery.

Program volatile memories

•	When replacing the control unit, after fitting the control unit carry out a Program with TECH 2.
