Replace hose for tailgate window wash/wipe system L48

1.   Disconnect battery.
2.   Detach tailgate upper inner panelling - left side
•   Unscrew parcel shelf mounting
•   Undo 4x clip
3.   Detach tailgate upper inner panelling - right side
•   Unscrew parcel shelf mounting
•   Undo 4x clip

4.   Lower headlining
Object Number: 8326788 Size: DEFAULT

5.   Detach hose up to tailgate boot
•   Disconnect wiring harness plug (1)

6.   Expose hose
•   Detach boot (1) at tailgate
•   Expost wash/wipe system hose
– Cut duct tape at (2) and (3)

7.   Disconnect and detach hose
•   Disconnect hose at C-pillar joint (1)
•   Detach hose
– Unclip 5x clip (2) and (3)

8.   Remove hose
•   Pull new hose with the old hose
Note:   Fasten new hose to old hose with adhesive tape.

  Install

9.   Route and connect hose
10.   Install moulded headlining
11.   Attach tailgate upper inner panelling - right side
•   Clip in 4x clip
•   Fasten parcel shelf mounting
12.   Attach tailgate upper inner panelling - left side
•   Clip in 4x clip
•   Fasten parcel shelf mounting
13.   Connect battery.
14.   Program volatile memories
