Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement (1.6L LLU)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .

2. Remove the 2 front bumper fascia support bolts (2).
3. Remove the front bumper fascia support (1).

4. Remove the 2 front intake air duct splash shield bolts (2).
5. Remove the front intake air duct splash shield (1).

6. Remove the front intake air duct bolt (1).
7. Remove the front intake air duct (2).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the front intake air duct (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .
2. Install and tighten the front intake air duct bolt (1).

3. Install the front intake air duct splash shield (1).
4. Install and tighten the 2 front intake air duct splash shield bolts (2).

5. Install the front bumper fascia support (1).
6. Install and tighten the 2 front bumper fascia support bolts (2).
7. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
