Exhaust Manifold Removal (1.7L Diesel LPL, LPV and LUB)

1.	Loosen the turbocharger oil return hose clamp (1).

2.	Remove the turbocharger oil feed pipe hollow screw (2) and the 2 copper seal rings (3) and (4).

3.	Remove the 7 exhaust manifold nuts (3) and the washers.

4.	Remove the 2 exhaust manifold bolts (4) and the washers.

5.	Remove the exhaust manifold in compound with the turbocharger (2).

6.	Remove the exhaust manifold gasket (1).
