Crankshaft Front Oil Seal Replacement

•	EN-45000 Seal Remover

•	EN-46793 Installer

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

1.	Open the hood.

2.	Remove the crankshaft sprocket. Refer to Crankshaft Sprocket Replacement .

3.	Place a collecting basin underneath.

Note: DO NOT damage the sealing surface.

5.	Install the EN-45000 remover (1) to the crankshaft front oil seal (2).

6.	Lever out the crankshaft front oil seal (2) by using EN-45000 remover .

Note: Clean the sealing surface.

Note: Moisten the crankshaft front oil seal ring with a little silicone grease.

2.	Install a NEW crankshaft front oil seal to the crankshaft by using EN-46793 installer (1).

3.	Install the crankshaft sprocket. Refer to Crankshaft Sprocket Replacement .

4.	Close the hood.
