Exhaust Manifold Removal (2.0L Diesel LBS, LBX, and LCD)

1. Remove the 9 exhaust manifold nuts (1, 2, 3).
2. Remove the exhaust manifold.
3. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.
4. Clean all of the gasket surfaces.
