Note: Do not damage
the timing belt. A damaged timing belt can not be reused.

Note: Direction of
timing belt rotation.

Install the timing belt
(1). |
2. |
Release the timing belt
tensioner and tighten the timing belt tensioner nut (2) to
25 N·m (18 lb ft) to tense the timing belt
(1). |
3. |
Remove the EN-46792
holder (1) out of the flywheel to unlock the
crankshaft. |
4. |
Remove the EN-46789
locking tool (1) out of the camshaft housing. |
5. |
Install the camshaft housing
closure bolt. |

Turn the engine 720° clockwise and check
the correspondence of the markings at the timing components. |
