5th Gear Synchronizer

Procedure

Remove the transmission case in conjunction with DT-552   Installer from DT-113-2-A   Holding Fixture Base and place in DT-554   Installer in order to press the 5th gear synchroniser to the input shaft using CH-473   Installing Tube .

Tip
Hydraulic press required.

Special Tools

•  DT-552   Installer
•  DT-113-2-A   Holding Fixture Base
•  DT-554   Installer
•  CH-473   Installing Tube
•  For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

Snap Ring

Procedure

Install a NEW snap ring.
