Remove brake linings - see operation "Brake Linings, Remove and Install". Unscrew brake caliper guide pins and suspend brake caliper (see illus. I). If necessary, pull brake caliper outwards. Unscrew holder frame from steering knuckle. Remove detent screw (arrow) and remove brake disc from the wheel hub (see illus. II).
 Install, Connect Place brake disc on wheel hub and fasten with detent screw (arrow) - tightening torque 7 Nm / 5 lbf. ft. Attach holder frame to steering knuckle - tightening torque 95 Nm / 70 lbf. ft.
 Important! Ensure that there is no dirt between disc and hub and that the contact surfaces are smooth and free of burrs. | 
Remove, Disconnect
