Cylinder Head, Disassemble and Assemble  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Lay cylinder head on 2 wooden strips and unscrew exhaust manifold.  

Unscrew thermostat housing (see illus.).  

Unscrew intake manifold from cylinder head.  

Object Number: 2378547 Size: DEFAULT

Remove contact rail from sheathed glow plugs. Remove sheathed glow plugs.  

Unbolt return line from injector nozzles.  

Remove injector nozzles using KM-728 (see illus.).  

Remove nozzle seal rings and waved washer.  

Object Number: 2378516 Size: DEFAULT
