Ignition ON

Engine OFF

Press key F5 in the system main menu, select the desired test using the arrow keys and confirm with YES. Follow the instructions in the TECH 1 display.

Note:

The secondary air pump is actuated constantly.

The check is completed after a maximum of 10 s.

If the secondary air pump does not operate, the thermal protection switch in the pump may have interrupted the circuit. In this case, allow engine to cool down and then repeat test.
