Service Plan MY 2001 up to and including MY 2004 The publication "Service Plan MY 2004" applies to the following models: Agila, Corsa-C, Corsa-C Combo, Meriva, Astra-G, Astra-G Coupe, Astra-G Cabrio, Astra-G OPC, Zafira, Zafira CNG, Zafira OPC, Vectra-C, Signum, Omega-B. From MY 2004, the Agila and Corsa-C / Corsa-C Combo will have a 2-yearly engine oil change in ideal conditions. It is essential to view the documents, as components have different change intervals, e.g. when changing a toothed belt or a ribbed V-belt. One new addition, and taking effect retrospectively from MY 2001, is the inspection of the tie-rod end and the supporting joints in Operation 26. The first-aid box is checked every 2 years to see if it is present, if the contents are damaged and if the use-by date has expired. This is done in Operation 29. Many diesel engines are also drained when the fuel filter is changed. If the Y 30 DT is operated with fixed maintenance intervals (ECOService instead of ECOService-Flex) or if topped up with more than 1 litre of ACEA-A3/B3, the engine oil change interval is reduced to 1 year / 20,000 km. |
