Sash Window Guide (Guide Rail), Rear – Front
Door, Remove and Install
 Remove

Remove front door inner panelling

Partially remove water vapour barrier
|

| 2. |
Drill off rivets on guide rail (arrows)

Draw guide rail sliding piece (1) out of guide for sash window
and remove guide rail (2).

|
Install
| 3. |
Knock remains of rivet heads out of the guide rail for the sash
window
|
| 4. |
Coat guide rail sliding piece with special grease and push it
into the sash window guide
|
| 5. |
Rivet guide rail firmly in position with steel blind rivets,
diameter 4.8x11 mm
|
| 6. |
Install water vapour barrier
Note: Replace damaged
water vapour barrier
|
| 7. |
Install front door inner panelling
|
