Window Winder – Rear Door, Remove and Install – Electrical/Manual Actuation (Model F 68)

Remove

Remove rear door inner panelling

•	Pull off water vapour barrier

2.	Remove sash window

Drill off window winder rivets (arrows)

•	Remove window winder Note: Figure shows the removal of manual window winder

Install

4.	Knock remains of rivet heads out of window winder

5.	Coat sliding piece with special grease

6.	Rivet rear window winder firmly in position with steel blind rivets, diameter 4.8 x 11 mm

7.	Install sash window

8.	Attach water vapour barrier Note: Replace damaged water vapour barrier

9.	Install rear door inner panelling
