Replace Bowden cable, front seat backrest (Model F
08, F 08 & W5L, F 06, F 25)
 Remove

The Aftersales department maintains the front seat backrest
Bowden cable as an individual part in the delivery programme
|

Detach upholstery covering/pad, front seat backrest 
|
|
| 4. |
Detach Bowden cable (1) of locking mechanism of right rear seat
backrest and locking mechanism of left rear seat backrest (2).
|
| 5. |
Lever off sheet metal clip (3) of Bowden cable on front seat
backrest frame.
|
|
|
| 6. |
Bowden cable (2) is detached from the rear of the front seat
backrest frame.
|
| 7. |
Unclip Bowden cable (1) from front seat backrest frame. Detach
Bowden cable (2) from front seat backrest adjuster actuation lever.
Remove Bowden cable from front seat backrest frame.

Install
| 8. |
Attach Bowden cable
Note: Ensure correct
laying and attachment of the Bowden cable.

| 9. |
Conduct functional check of the front seat backrest actuating
lever.
|
| 10. |
Install upholstery covering/pad, front seat backrest
|
