Field Remedy: 2055

Remedy:

In case of customer complaint the bows from the seat frame have to
grinded down, than install the new upholstery cover.

Working Procedure:

 1. Remove upholstery cover

    - see working procedure "Cushioning - Front Seat - Replace",
      group "C", Service Instruction Corsa-C, Corsa-C Combo and
      Meriva.
      (Document Number Corsa-C/Corsa-C Combo 00030475 and 
      Meriva 00402589)

 2. Grind down both bows from the seat frame. (picture I)

    - Grind down the welds (arrows) of the bow (1) without damaging
      the seat frame.

 3. Deburr and paint the grinded surfaces.

    - Dry the paintings.

 4. Install upholstery cover

    - see working procedure "Cushioning - Front Seat - Replace",
      group "C", Service Instruction Corsa-C, Corsa-C Combo und
      Meriva.
