The track width difference is the angle (2) between the contact
lines (1,3) of the wheel contact points of the left front and rear
wheels and right front and rear wheels.
The angle is positive if the front track width is smaller than
the rear track width and negative if the front track is greater
than the rear track width.
The track width difference is generally give in degrees. If the
wheel base is known, length data is also possible.
