Wheel offset is the angular deviation between the connecting
line (1) of the wheel contact points of an axle and a perpendicular
(2) to the axis of symmetry (3) through one of the wheel contact
points (4).
The angle is negative if the right wheel is to the front of the
left wheel and positive if the left wheel is in front of the right
wheel.
The wheel displacement is generally given in degrees. If the
track width is known, length data can also be given.
