Stabiliser, Remove and Install – Models F
08, F 08 & W5L, F 68 – Basic Version
 Remove
| 1. |
Detach 2x rear wheel
Note: Mark position in
respect of drum hub.

| 2. |
Unscrew and remove 2x bolt (1) for fastening the stabiliser to
the rear axle
Note: Note installation
position of the fastening bolts.

| 3. |
Remove stabiliser (3) from rear axle

Drive stabiliser out of rear axle from one side with soft metal
drift (2)

Remove stabiliser out of rear axle from the side
|
| • |
Remove stop buffer (4) from stabiliser
|
|
|
|
Install
| 4. |
Attach stabiliser (3) to rear axle
| • |
Push stabiliser into rear axle from the side
|
| • |
Push stop buffer (4) on to stabiliser
|
| • |
Drive stabiliser into the rear axle with a soft metal drift (2)
until it reaches its installed position
|
|
| 5. |
Attach stabiliser to rear axle with 2x bolt with nut (1)
Note: Note installed
position of the fastening bolts. Fit bolts to rear axle from bottom
to top.

Tighten 2x new bolted connections (1) 60 Nm + 15°
|

|
|
| 6. |
Attach 2x rear wheel 110 Nm
Note: Note marking.
