The wheel base difference is the angle (2) produced by the wheel
offset (front and/or rear) between the contact lines (1,3) of the
wheel contact points for the front and rear axles.
The angle is positive if the right wheel base greater than the
left wheel base and negative if the left wheel base is greater than
the right.
The wheel base difference is generally given in degrees. If the
nominal wheel base value is known, length data can also be
given.
