Measure brake lining remaining thickness using MKM-230-A (1)
Permissible minimum thickness of brake linings with
lining plate:

Measure thickness of brake disc with MKM-230-A (1) at several points
Note: Permissible
tolerance of remaining brake disc thickness at various measurement
points 0.01 mm
Permissible minimum thickness of brake:

8.0 mm

Check surface condition of brake disc
Note: Where there are
areas of overheating or scouring, the brake discs must be
replaced.
