Braking system From MY 2004, the Corsa-C and Meriva with the Z 17 DTH diesel engine will use a 5-hole drum brake. Because of the higher power output of the Z 17 DTH diesel engine, the previous 4-hole brake has been modified to a 5-hole brake. This ensures that the vehicle can reliably and safely decelerate even at high speeds.
