Replace brake cover plate on front wheel brake (Z 17 DTH engine) > < Remove and install rear wheel brake linings / apply adhesive foil

Corsa C

Remove and install front wheel brake disc (Z 17 DTH engine)

Warning:   All brake linings on axle must be replaced.

  Remove

1.   Detach appropriate front wheel
•   Unscrew 5x bolt
Note:   Mark position in relation to centre of wheel
2.   Detach brake calliper with retaining frame (2)
•   Unscrew 2 x screws (1)
Object Number: 2406113 Size: DEFAULT


3.   Detach brake disc
•   Unscrew screw (1)
Object Number: 2406101 Size: DEFAULT


4.   Clean bearing surface of centre of wheel and brake disc and screw thread in retaining frame

  Install

5.   Attach brake disc
•   Tighten bolt (1) ( 7 Nm )
Object Number: 2406101 Size: DEFAULT


6.   Attach brake calliper (2) with retaining frame
•   Coat 2x bolts (1) with locking compound and tighten 100 Nm
Object Number: 2406113 Size: DEFAULT


7.   Attach front wheel
•   Tighten 5x bolts 110 Nm
Note:   Observe installation position.
