Check oil pump > < Replace con-rod bearing

Replace cylinder block ventilation

  Remove

1.   Remove alternator support
2.   Remove starter
3.   Detach cylinder block ventilation exhaust connector (1)
•   Detach cylinder block ventilation hose
– Release clamp
•   Unscrew 6 bolts
Object Number: 8063941 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

4.   Attach cylinder block ventilation exhaust connector
•   Use 3 new seals
•   Tighten 6 bolts 9 Nm
•   Attach cylinder block ventilation hose
– Fasten clamp
5.   Install starter
6.   Install alternator support

Check oil pump > < Replace con-rod bearing
